How to Get Started with Orter
Follow these steps to set up and use Orter:
1. Create an Account
Navigate to app.orter.dev and sign up with your email address.
2. Create or Join a Tenant
Set up a tenant to use Orter. Choose whether the tenant will represent your company, team, or a personal workspace. All data, workers, and users will be associated with this tenant.
To join an existing tenant, request an invite code from the tenant’s administrator. If you join a tenant, the remaining steps will be skipped.
3. Create a Collection
Once you have created a tenant, you will be prompted to create a new collection for that tenant.
To explore Orter’s features immediately, select the demo collection. This creates a new collection for your account, pre-populated with sample data from Europe.
4. Query Data using the Web Interface
Go to the Collection Explorer . Enter coordinates and a search radius. Use the indicator on the search button to estimate the number of data points your search will return. Adjust the radius until results appear, then click the search button. The map will display your search results.
